1. Scope of Services

99Legal.xyz (a KRITE entity operated by Zahra Kadir) provides pre-trial legal consultancy for AI, Web3, and high-growth startups, including:

Startup Legal Architecture (incorporation, cap tables, investor docs)
VC Due Diligence Audits (for raises ≥$500K)
Web3 Tokenization & Smart Contract Compliance
EU AI Act & GDPR Gap Analysis
Tax-optimized global structuring (UAE/Europe/CIS)

Jurisdictional Note: UAE services are delivered via licensed third-party partnerships in ADGM/Dubai free zones. EU/CIS services are provided directly.

2. Client Agreement

By purchasing services, you confirm:

You are a founder or startup seeking pre-trial legal guidance.
You accept our no-refund policy (all digital deliverables and consultations are final).
You acknowledge that Zahra Kadir is solely responsible for advice rendered post-paid consultation.

3. Intellectual Property

All templates, audits, and deliverables (including AI-generated content) are the exclusive property of 99Legal.xyz and Zahra Kadir. Redistribution or commercial use requires written permission.

4. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

Portal content (e.g., templates, chatbot responses) is general information only. Binding legal advice is provided exclusively after a paid consultation, based on your disclosed facts.

5. Liability & Limitations

99Legal.xyz is not liable for outcomes from third-party use of deliverables. You warrant all provided information is accurate; omissions may void service validity.

6. Termination

We may suspend access for misuse (e.g., fraud, non-payment, or misrepresentation of startup stage/jurisdiction).

7. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by:

UAE: ADGM/DIFC laws (via third-party partnerships).
EU/CIS: Local jurisdiction where services are delivered.

8. Changes to Terms

Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
